The Moose has MANY features. I’m showing 2 below: Anti-Anxiety and Weight loss
Here are some screenshots of what the User Interface looks like, in the Moose software.
All the windows have fancy custom frames, and are resizable. All the content inside is responsive to size changes. So that’s nice.
The Anti-Anxiety features of the Moose.
At first, all you see is the On – Off checkbox. Keeping things simple. If you don’t want to hear anti-anxiety phrases, just turn them off.
But if you click on the “Options” link, then it expands to show you more settings.
So now you can see there are quite a few different aspects to Anti-Anxiety, which you can turn ON or OFF.
From the category of “Quotations”, here’s a video example, just one from a fairly big collection of Sayings.
The next example comes from the category of “Look around”, which is a broad collection of randomly created sentences, whose purpose is to refocus your thoughts temporarily onto something positive.
This next example is from the “Meditation” category. There’s quite a nice collection of Sayings, some of them constructed randomly, which suggest relaxation, using meditation as an acceptable justification, and it works wonderfully.
This next example is from the “Refocus onto Sensations” category. It’s got a lot of things to show off.
The Sense is “hearing” this time, asking you to recall a randomly chosen sound, in this case ‘peaceful music’. If the Moose were to say “Recall the sound of peaceful music”, that would seem bossy. So the sentence begins with a randomly chosen way to distract your conscious mind and eliminate it’s objections, and it doesn’t seem bossy anymore. This one example also ends with another randomly chosen ending, a positive command to feel great. Isn’t it fascinating, that little word-play tricks actually seem to work. If you were thinking about your anxiety topic beforehand, you would have been briefly thinking about ‘peaceful music’, or ‘magic wand, and you might even take the suggestion to recall feeling great.
These little interruptions of anxiety, each one by itself isn’t very strong, but the Moose is perfectly happy to keep sending these sort of messages to you, throughout the day, and I hope that will have a beneficial effect.
The Weight Loss motivation – control panel User Interface
With similarities to the Anti-Anxiety plugin, you can Turn ON or OFF the weight loss features.
As you can see on the long picture below, there are quite a long list of topics that are covered by the Moose. In fact, the chapters in expensive weight loss books and programs, are similar and often less, than what the Moose already has.
That was a long window full of options you can turn on or off. Hopefully you get the idea, that this page has shown you just 2 features, out of many that the Moose already has. And the Moose is expandable by plugins, so it’s abilities will get growing.
You should get on the waiting list, before the free option goes away.
