I’m Dr. Halls, and this is software called “the Talking Moose”. He tells jokes.

It began in 1986 as a 2D black-and-white talking character, telling jokes. It spread worldwide, and people loved it or hated it, and everyone knew about it.

There is magic that happens when you hear a moose speak a funny joke. You’ll find yourself getting out of your chair, and going to tell the joke to the people around you. That rarely happens when you read jokes, but it happens all the time when a joke is told to you verbally.
